Job Summary: Fit Augusta is hiring coaches for our Downtown Augusta and Evans locations. We’re a community-driven fitness gym where great coaching is the foundation of everything we do. We prioritize proper movement, good form, and real results for every member. If you love coaching people of all ages, showing up with energy, and being part of a team that takes its craft seriously, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead group fitness classes and personal training sessions for kids, adults, and seniors
- Coach proper movement and form in every session
- Follow up with clients to support retention and progress
- Pitch in on various gym operations as needed to keep things running smoothly
- Represent Fit Augusta’s culture and standards in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid group fitness coaching experience (required)
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics and form coaching
- Functional fitness, CrossFit, HIIT, or similar training background preferred
- Personal training experience a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before start
- Comfortable coaching across age groups, including youth and older adults
- Available mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
- Coachable, reliable, and a genuine team player
- New coaches are welcome, we have an onboarding process to set you up for success

Pay ranges from $15–$88/hour based on task type.
