PSC Academy is currently seeking passionate, reliable, and experienced soccer coaches to join our growing program in Parsippany. We are looking for coaches who are committed to player development, creating a positive environment, and helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.
Position Details
- Coach youth academy/travel teams
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate training sessions
- Develop players technically, tactically, and socially
- Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff
- Attend practices, games, and club events as scheduled
Requirements
- Must hold a valid soccer coaching license (US Soccer, United Soccer Coaches, or equivalent)
- National D License or higher preferred
- Previous coaching experience with youth players
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for developing young athletes in a positive environment
