Jonesboro’s BEST Kids Summer Camp & After School Program is hiring one outstanding coach to join our team NOW through the end of the school year and stay on for the 2026 summer camp season.
✅ Our coaches lead kids in sports, games, and fun activities — all fully planned out and easy to follow!
✅ We’re looking for cheerleader-energy, fun-loving, and reliable people who love working with kids!
✅ No experience teaching sports? No problem! We train you, and our activities are super simple to run.
⚽ What you’ll do ⚽
- Lead kids (K–6th grade) in activities like soccer, basketball, martial arts, dance, flag football, dodgeball, arts & crafts, and more
- Create a fun, positive, and safe environment
- Encourage teamwork, respect, and hard work
- Be part of a fun, supportive, and upbeat team
Schedule
After School (Mid August through mid May)
- Mon–Thurs: 2 PM – 6 PM
- Fridays: 1 PM – 6 PM (1–2 PM = fun team training with lunch provided!)
Summer Camp (Mid May through mid August)
- 7 AM – 1 PM or 1 PM – 6 PM shifts
✨ Weekends off!
Optional: Once a month we host Parent’s Night Out (5–9 PM on a Saturday) — our coaches love working this fun event!

✅ Requirements
- Age 18+
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Experience working with kids (paid or volunteer)
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone or computer for team communication
- Valid Driver’s License
