Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Personal Trainer based in Beirut. The Personal Trainer will design and implement customized workout and fitness programs tailored to clients' goals. Responsibilities include guiding clients through safe and effective training sessions, providing fitness instruction, offering nutritional advice, conducting circuit training, and supporting sports coaching initiatives. The trainer will also monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- Proficiency in designing and leading Circuit Training and other group fitness activities
- Knowledge of Nutrition and its application to fitness goals
- Background in Sports Coaching and client performance enhancement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification in personal training, fitness, or a related field (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE) is highly preferred
