Youth Soccer Coach & Trainer Jobs in Ponte Vedra at Ponte Vedra Soccer Club
PVSC is growing our organization. As we continue to serve the Ponte Vedra area, we will be hiring 4-5 Trainers & Coaches to assist with our upcoming season. If selected, you may also be retained for future seasons if interested.
Location – Davis Park & Nocatee Community parks as scheduled
Work Schedule (some flexibility) – 12-20 hours weekly possibly more
Monday – Thursday 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday – based on availability
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Passion for growing youth soccer in the greater PV area
2. Focused on player development rather than winning at all costs
3. Minimum 2-3 years or more of coaching youth soccer
4. Valid Soccer Coaching Certification (must obtain if not current)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Our Lead Trainers oversee practice sessions for multiple age groups and teams each evening
- Acting onsite lead for practice, handling any questions that arise from players, parents, or coaches
- Lead for Technical/Skills training sessions with players
- Act as a resource for all team coaches during practice session
- Through our volunteer coaching staff, teach the fundamentals of the sport Encourage
- Schedule and conduct parent meetings as necessary
- Provide a safe and fun learning environment for the children
- Willingness to put player development first, sharing in the PVSC club coaching philosophy
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
