About You / What We Are Looking For
The City of Coquitlam is currently looking for Recreation Instructors to join our Community Services department, who are passionate about sharing their expertise in the following areas:
Minimum Qualifications
Please note, the City of Coquitlam only accepts CPR and First Aid certification from the following providers:
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must be available to flexibly work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Shifts are varied throughout the year and programs run out of different facilities in the City.
What We Offer:
This position has an hourly rate range of $34.07 – $51.10 per hour plus 4% in lieu of benefits. Prep-time is compensated in addition to teaching time. The rate of pay is based on a variety of factors including qualifications, knowledge, experience and skills, and program/speciality being taught.
