The position requires leading lifesaving programs, assessing participants, and maintaining safety during classes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and lead various Lifesaving Society programs
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members
• Assist with program management and pool supervision
Requirements:
• Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor Certification or higher
• National Lifeguard Certification required
• Knowledge of Bronze Cross and Canadian Swim Patrol programs
• Energetic and dependable individual
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
