What You’ll Be Doing:
This position combines coaching, client development, and personal brand building.
Coach & Program
- Deliver high-level training sessions
- Design and adjust individualized training programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and assessments
- Lead Team Training Sessions
Build Your Book of Business
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, community outreach, and events
- Convert consultations into long-term clients
- Retain and grow your client base
Sales & Client Development
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Present and sell training packages
- Meet individual and team revenue goals
Represent the Brand
- Build your professional presence through social media and community involvement
- Represent Elite Speed Sports Performance at camps, clinics, and events
- Create opportunities rather than waiting for them
Track Your Performance
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Client results
- Sales performance
- Client retention
- Session volume
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone with a passion for fitness, sports performance, and personal growth
- High energy, accountability, and consistency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build relationships and convert prospects into clients
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field or 2+ years of relevant experience
- National certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, or an equivalent certification preferred
- Proven ability—or a strong willingness—to generate, sell, and retain clients
