The Role
As Video Producer, you will own the video output across SERPA's brands – iGaming sites and projects You will produce social-first short-form video, casino streamer clips, ads, and brand pieces.
This is a hands-on role. You will edit, but you will also build pipelines, prompt AI models, generate footage, and ship at a pace that traditional editing alone cannot match.
What You’ll Do
• Produce short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, X) for SERPA’s iGaming, esports, and consumer brands
• Build and operate AI-assisted editing workflows using tools like Higgsfield, Runway, Sora, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut AI, and Adobe Firefly
• Clip casino streamers and esports broadcasts at scale – you should be able to turn 8 hours of stream footage into 20+ usable clips per day
• Generate AI b-roll, motion graphics, and visual effects where stock or shot footage would be too slow or too expensive
• Produce graphics templates and motion design for clips.
• Build a library of reusable templates, presets, LUTs, and prompts so the team can spin up content without you in the room
• Work with the SEO and Media teams to produce video that ranks, converts, and travels across platforms
• Own video QA: aspect ratios, captions, hooks, pacing, brand consistency across every deliverable
What You Must Have
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools – Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Pika, or similar. You can show us work shipped with these tools, not just experiments.
• Proven clipping skills – you can take a long-form stream or broadcast, find the moments, and ship vertical clips at high volume with strong hooks.
• AI prompting fluency – you are fluent in writing prompts for image, video, and audio models. You iterate fast and know how to get the output you want.
• Strong core editing skills – Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and at least one fast mobile/desktop tool like CapCut.
• Social platform instinct – you understand what works on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X. You know what a strong first frame looks like.
• Volume and speed – you can produce 5–10 polished short-form pieces per week without quality dropping.
• Operator mindset – you take a brief and finish the job. Direct, async communication via Slack and Telegram.
• English working proficiency.
Bonus Points
• Experience with iGaming, casino, or sports betting content
• Comfortable with ElevenLabs voice cloning, HeyGen / Synthesia avatars, or AI dubbing
• You’ve built or contributed to automated content pipelines (n8n, Zapier, Make)
• You can shoot – phone or camera – when needed
• Motion graphics chops in After Effects or equivalent
