We’re looking for a customer-focused and solutions-driven Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support through chat, email, and social media while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. What You’ll Do

  • Support customers in a professional, empathetic, and customer-first manner via chat, email, and social media channels;
  • Investigate, escalate, and resolve customer inquiries using internal tools and by collaborating with multiple back-office teams;
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth issue resolution and customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor and analyse customer behavior and metrics using data and reporting tools;
  • Handle sensitive communications related to fraud, security, and compliance matters with accuracy, professionalism, and discretion;
  • Generate and provide transaction reports for customers when required;
  • Contribute to upselling and conversion initiatives related to cryptocurrencies, promotions, and other revenue-generating activities;
  • Act as a strong advocate for the best possible customer experience across the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level fluency in written and spoken English, additional language skills are highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both with customers and internal teams;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;
  • Tech-savvy mindset with confidence using computers, systems, and new technologies;
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude;
  • Previous experience handling demanding customers or working in customer support is considered an advantage.
