Overview
As ONE continues expanding its footprint in Japan, we're now looking for a Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment, managing a variety of responsibilities that would directly contribute to the growth of the Japan business.
Responsibilities:
- ONE JAPANのSNSプラットフォーム向け動画コンテンツの編集。特にX、YouTube、Instagram向けのコンテンツを中心とし、Reels、Shorts、その他SNS向けのショート動画も含む。
- SNS向けのキャプション、字幕、テロップ、サムネイル等の作成。
- 各プラットフォームにおける視聴数、エンゲージメント、収益化の目的に合わせたコンテンツ最適化のため、ソーシャルプラットフォームマネージャーと連携。
- サーバー上の新規および過去の撮影素材を活用・管理。
- 必要に応じて、ソーシャルプログラミングチームおよびプロダクションチームの業務をサポート。
- Edit custom content for ONE JAPAN’s social media platforms, with a focus on X, YouTube, and Instagram, including short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and other social channels.
- Add captions, subtitles, and basic text overlays, and suggest simple hooks or copy ideas to make videos more engaging on social media.
- Collaborate with social platform managers to optimize content for each platform's objectives of viewership, engagement, and monetization.
- Mine the new and archived shoot footage from the server.
- Assist social programming and production teams with tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 動画編集の実務経験が2年以上ある方
- Adobe Premiere Pro、Photoshopを使用できる方
- SNS向け動画の編集・投稿・アカウント管理まで一連の運用経験がある方
- 制作スケジュールを管理し、締切を守って進行できる方
- スピード感のある環境でも、効率よく正確に作業できる方
- 社内外と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 必要に応じて、夜間・週末の対応が可能な方
- ポートフォリオを提出できる方
- 2 years of experience editing videos.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Experience managing the full workflow for social media videos, from editing to posting and account management.
- Organizational skills to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
- Efficiency and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends.
- Portfolio ready for review.
Preferred Qualifications:
- プロ用またはセミプロ用カメラを使用した動画撮影の経験がある方。
- イベント、インタビュー、舞台裏コンテンツなどの撮影経験がある方。
- 撮影から編集まで一貫して対応できる方。
- スポーツ業界、特に格闘技メディアへの理解がある方。
- Experience shooting video with professional or semi-professional cameras.
- Experience filming events, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, or similar footage.
- Ability to handle both filming and editing from start to finish.
- Understanding of the sports industry, especially combat sports media.
Language Requirements (Required):
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル。
- 英語：英語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方。
- Japanese: Native level.
- English: Ability to communicate in English.
