Title: Talent Manager – Wellness & Fitness Creators
Company: Dot Media
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Job Description: Talent Manager – Wellness & Fitness Creators Department
Talent Management Reports To: Head of Talent Management
Experience Required: 1.5–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role We are looking for a passionate and commercially sharp Talent Manager to join our team and manage a roster of wellness and fitness creators. This is not just a management role —
we want someone who genuinely lives and breathes wellness, understands the nuances of fitness culture, and can speak the language of our creators authentically. You will be the day-to-day backbone for your artists —
managing their schedules, closing brand deals, driving their profile growth, and ensuring they have the support they need to focus on their craft. You will work directly under the Head of Talent Management and be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the wellness vertical. If you know the difference between a macrocycle and a micronutrient, can hold a conversation about recovery protocols as easily as you can negotiate a brand contract, and understand why a fitness creator's audience trusts them differently than any other genre — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Artist Management & Query Resolution
• Act as the primary point of contact for all artists on your roster, handling queries, concerns, and day-to-day requests with speed and reliability.
• Build genuine, trust-driven relationships with creators — understanding their fitness philosophy, personal brand values, and long-term career goals.
• Provide informed guidance on content direction, brand fit, and public positioning, with an understanding of what resonates within the wellness and fitness community.
• Use your own knowledge of and passion for fitness to have real, meaningful conversations with artists — not just transactional ones.
• Escalate issues that require senior involvement to the Head of Talent Management, with clear context and a recommended course of action. Day-to-Day Operations
• Manage artists' schedules across content creation, brand deliverables, collaborations, events, and media appearances.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, marketing, legal, finance) and external stakeholders on behalf of artists.
• Track and maintain accurate records of ongoing projects, contracts, deliverables, timelines, and payments.
• Ensure artists consistently meet their commitments — from posting schedules to brand campaign deadlines.
• Assist with logistics for fitness events, workshops, brand activations, and live appearances. Deal Management & Commercial Growth
• Identify brand partnership opportunities that are authentic to each creator's fitness niche — whether that's strength training, yoga, running, sports nutrition, mental wellness, or functional fitness.
• Pitch creators to relevant brands spanning categories such as supplements, activewear, fitness equipment, healthy food and beverages, wellness apps, and sports performance.
• Negotiate deal terms in collaboration with the Head of Talent — covering fees, usage rights, exclusivity, content deliverables, and approval processes.
• Brief artists clearly on deal expectations and ensure all contracted content is delivered on time and to brand specifications.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with brand partners, agencies, and wellness industry
