Professional Table Tennis Coach

Dream Pong Table Tennis Club is seeking a passionate, dependable, and growth-oriented Professional Table Tennis Coach with a strong competitive and coaching background. About Dream Pong Table Tennis Club
Dream Pong Table Tennis Club is a growing table tennis training center located in Mountain View, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. We provide professional coaching for children, juniors, and adults through private lessons, group classes, camps, leagues, tournaments, and community programs.
Our mission is to develop not only better table tennis players, but also confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals in a welcoming, family-oriented environment.

For eligible candidates, Dream Pong Table Tennis Club may provide immigration support and, when appropriate, sponsor employment-based visas, including O-1 or P-1, subject to U.S. immigration laws, individual qualifications, and club needs.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver private and small-group lessons
- Teach stroke technique, footwork, serves, receive, tactics, and multiball training
- Create a safe, positive, and motivating learning environment
- Build confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Communicate student progress with parents
- Maintain equipment and training areas
- Assist with camps, leagues, tournaments, and club events
- Build positive relationships with students and families
- Work closely with the coaching team and management
Qualifications
- Coaching or teaching experience, especially with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Professional table tennis training background (provincial team, national team system, elite academy, collegiate program, or equivalent)
- Competitive playing experience is highly valued
- Ability to pass a background check for working with minors
