Responsibilities
- Lead structured swimming lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
- Enforce safety protocols diligently, including vigilant supervision during lessons and emergency response readiness
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and safety documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
Experience
- Strong communication skills combined with a passion for inspiring others to develop their swimming skills and confidence
