We’re looking for a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient rehab team.

Compensation & Growth
- Competitive hourly pay ($30–$33/hour based on experience)
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Expected total earnings: $60,000–$70,000+
- Opportunities to grow within a high-performance clinic model

What You’ll Do
- Implement plan of care established by the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional training
- Support patients in improving strength, mobility, and overall function
- Provide high-quality, personalized care
- Document treatments and track patient progress
- Collaborate with PTs and team members to optimize outcomes
