Qualifications
• Preferably graduated from universities in the Textile or Industrial Engineering departments,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in weaving production and quality management systems,
• Capable of managing a team and working effectively within a team,
• Successful communication skills, customer-oriented,
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset,
• Able to actively drive a vehicle,
• No travel restrictions.
Job Description
• Manage the LC Waikiki Weaving Domestic and International Supplier pool and improve supplier performance,
• Prepare seasonal capacity plans,
• Ensure the establishment/improvement of merchandising systems at suppliers,
• Ensure that suppliers comply with the company's quality standards, improve quality performance, conduct Waikiki QDMS audits and provide training to establish an effective and accurate quality management system,
• Based on audit results, ensure that corrective action plans are implemented and data is recorded in the system,
• Perform inline and final inspections at manufacturers and ensure improvements in production quality,
• Conduct process analyses and implement improvement activities where necessary to achieve all strategic objectives and targets in the Supply Chain General Directorate's Strategy A3.
