What You’ll Do:
- Operations for an early-stage startup – getting exposure to all parts of the business. This can include HR functions, finances, logistics, and paying bills
- Data work and financial modeling
- Help design and improve business processes that drive real results
- Collaborate with Sparrow’s founders and team on high-impact projects
- Be a jack-of-all trades, wearing many hats
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone excited about startups, technology, and learning by doing
- Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, especially when engaging with angel investors.
- Fast learner, comfortable navigating new tools and concepts.
- Creative thinker who enjoys solving complex challenges.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for collaboration and shared success.
