As Store Manager, you are responsible for the overall success of the store. You define the direction, inspire your team, and turn strategy into exceptional daily execution. Every decision you make shapes the customer experience, strengthens your team, and drives sustainable business results.

With a strong commercial mindset, you oversee every key aspect of the business—from people development and store organization to stock management, visual standards, customer experience, and operational excellence. Through performance analysis, strategic product management, and data-driven decisions, you continuously identify opportunities to improve results while ensuring the store always reflects the creativity, design, and standards of Zara Home.
Working closely with your regional team, you bring structure, stability, and ambition into every process. Your leadership, strategic vision, and ability to develop people become the foundation of a high-performing store and an engaged team.
