As a Sportsbook Executive at GOAT & Partners Ltd, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Sportsbook, combining risk management, trading support, and content optimization to ensure a smooth, engaging, and profitable betting experience across all markets.
You’ll assist in monitoring player activity, managing bet and market integrity, scheduling live and featured events, and ensuring our sportsbook content is accurate and dynamic.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical and creative sides of Sportsbook operations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Sportsbook Operations & Risk
- Support the daily trading and risk management processes.
- Monitor and review unsettled and rejected bets, assisting with timely resolution.
- Help identify notable players and betting patterns, flagging potential risks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly player activity reports and assist in tracking top performers.
- Monitor internal alerts and dashboards to ensure integrity and compliance.
Content Management & Optimization
- Manage and update live and featured events, highlights, and key promotions.
- Support odds boosts, coupons, and other engagement-driving content.
- Maintain website configurations, checklists, and tournament ordering for accuracy and usability.
- Help ensure correct market and outcome translations across supported regions.
- Assist with configuring and maintaining third-party promotional games and events.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams to align sportsbook priorities.
- Utilize Excel, Looker and other BI reporting tools to track performance and identify improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of Sportsbook content, layout, and player experience.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Sportsbook operations, trading support, or betting content management.
- Good understanding of sports betting markets, odds, and event scheduling.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the iGaming industry, especially in African markets.
- Knowledge of sportsbook platforms, CMS tools, and reporting systems.
- French language skills will be considered a plus, for supporting content across Francophone markets
