My client is one of the leading sportsbook technology providers in Asia, and we're working closely with them on the rapid growth of their high-performing teams, including their trading operation.
We're looking for an experienced Sports Trading Analyst to join their Asia-focused Account Management team in a newly created role. This isn't a pure trading desk position, you'll be bringing your market knowledge to bear in a more strategic, client-facing capacity, providing betting intelligence and performance analysis that directly shapes the advice given to operator partners across the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Analysing betting patterns, market trends, and sportsbook performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Providing actionable trading insights to support the Account Management team and their operator clients
- Preparing reports on sportsbook performance, customer activity, and financial outcomes for senior stakeholders
- Contributing to promotions, campaigns, and player engagement strategies alongside the marketing team
- Staying ahead of sports markets, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities across Asia
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on sportsbook trading experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- In-depth knowledge of major sports leagues, tournaments, and betting markets
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Malaysia (remote) or Taiwan (office)
