Position: Sports Performance Summer Internship
Overview
Nekton Sports Performance is a Christian owned sports performance facility located in Hutchinson, MN. Equipped with turf, a weight room, and a synthetic ice rink, we offer innovative training techniques for private, small group, and team training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Work on-site at our Hutchinson facility, supporting private, small group, and team training sessions.
- Coach movement and assist in program delivery across multiple sports and age groups.
- Apply training tools in a fast-paced, performance environment to support athletes’ development.

Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools and methods, including: velocity-based training systems, t-apex (smart resistance training device), Just Jump mats, laser timing systems, the Exxentric flywheel, and red light therapy
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in exercise physiology or related field
- Athletic or coaching background preferred
- Growth focused mindset
- Willingness to assist with group and individual training
