Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sports Marketing Intern role based in Hoofddorp. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning. Responsibilities include helping to coordinate events and activations, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining product and brand materials. The intern will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to support retailer initiatives, promotional activities, and customer-facing projects. Additional tasks may include market research, competitor analysis, and administrative support for the marketing department.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing mindset, with foundational skills in Customer Service and a genuine interest in sports and athletic footwear/apparel.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with emerging Team Leadership potential and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Interest or initial experience in Sales & Marketing and Sales, especially in sports, retail, or consumer brands.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with social media platforms; basic knowledge of design or analytics tools is an advantage.
