League Outfitters is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Associates for our Savage, Maryland location.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Do you enjoy sports, helping people, and working in a fast-paced team environment? League Outfitters is looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our growing retail team.
As a Retail Associate, you’ll help athletes, coaches, parents, and teams find the equipment, apparel, and accessories they need while providing outstanding customer service.
Whether you’re looking for a part-time or full-time oppportunity, we’d love to meet you.
Available Shifts
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Applicants must be available to work most Saturdays.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer questions and help customers find the right equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Share product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions using cash and credit card payments
- Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales floor
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization
- Work closely with teammates to create a positive shopping experience
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working with customers in a retail environment
- Interest in sports, athletics, or sporting goods is a plus
- Retail experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate
