Job Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Assist in the daily operations of sports and recreation facilities, programmes, and activities.
- Set up and prepare sports facilities, equipment, and venues for activities, tournaments, meetings, and events.
- Attend to members’ and guests’ enquiries, bookings, registrations, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in coordinating sports competitions, social events, clinics, leagues, and recreational programmes.
- Support the assigned sports and recreation section(s) in administrative and operational matters.
- Liaise with coaches, instructors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of programmes and activities.
- Monitor the cleanliness, safety, and general condition of sports and recreation facilities and report maintenance issues when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining proper inventory records of sports equipment, prizes, uniforms, and operational supplies.
- Assist in updating sports records, honours’ boards, trophies, and departmental information where required.
- Prepare simple reports, event documents, notices, attendance records, and other administrative paperwork as assigned.
- Support the promotion and publicity of sports and recreation activities in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with Club rules, operational procedures, and safety guidelines during daily operations and events.
- Perform shift duties, including weekends, public holidays, and major Club events when required.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
