WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will work face-to-face with homeowners in a structured, competitive door-to-door sales environment where effort and discipline drive results.
- Generate and close pest control memberships
- Educate homeowners through a consultative sales approach
- Follow simple systems for tracking, follow-up, and consistency
- Train daily through role plays, shadowing, and team feedback

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Season Potential: $5,000 to $10,000+ per month through uncapped commission
Consistent Performers: $15,000+ per month during peak season
Residual Income: Ongoing commission tied to retained customers
