V Agency is expanding its international education portfolio across universities, football federations, and industry partners. We are looking for a Course Coordinator who will take ownership of the operational delivery of our educational programs — ensuring a seamless experience for students, lecturers, and partners globally.
This role sits at the intersection of education, sport, and international project management, supporting programs in scouting, video analysis, data analytics, and sports management.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end coordination of online and hybrid courses (planning to delivery)
- Oversee course timelines, schedules, and academic calendars
- Coordinate live sessions, workshops, and guest lectures
Student & Lecturer Management
- Act as the main point of contact for students and participants
- Manage onboarding, communication, and ongoing support
- Coordinate lecturers, industry speakers, and international experts
Platform & Content Management
- Manage and update learning platforms (e.g. Moodle or similar)
- Upload course materials, assignments, and ensure smooth access
- Track student progress and engagement
International Partner Coordination
- Liaise with universities, football federations, and partner institutions
- Support the setup and execution of new education programs
- Ensure alignment with partner expectations and standards
Operations & Logistics
- Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for in-person modules when required
- Support event coordination (workshops, conferences, networking sessions)
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain participant records, attendance, and documentation
- Support invoicing processes and payment tracking
- Prepare internal reports on course performance and feedback
Profile & Requirements
Must-have:
- Experience in project coordination, education management, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across countries
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Nice to have:
- Background or interest in sports (football is a plus)
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, etc.)
- Experience working with international organizations or universities
- Event or program coordination experience
