Sports Facility Receptionist/Cashier Jobs in River Edge, NJ at Ready To Golf
Ready to Golf is a family-owned eatertainment business, offering 24 golf simulators, 14 ping pong tables, and food and beverage options. RTG is looking for energetic team members to enhance the facility in providing an unforgettable experience for its customers.
* Ready to Golf is open 7 days a week. Shifts are 6-7 hours, rotating at 3PM or 4PM depending on the day of the week. *
Duties:
- Greet all incoming and outgoing guests with genuine kindness
- Manage reservations, memberships, and floor plan via different computer programs
- Communicate with floor staff about customer assistance, food and beverage orders, check-out times, flipping tables
- Provide assistance to guests (in-store and over the phone)
- Handle all cash and credit transactions with accuracy; end-of-shift cash balancing and reporting
- Organize front-of-house to be clean and presentable
- Restock snack and beverage station as needed; inventory count
Requirements:
- Must be able to type minimum of 50 WPM
- Must be able to handle fast-paced traffic flow
- Must be proficient with navigating computer programs
- Must enjoy people-to-people engagement
