ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you care as much about content performing as you do about it looking good? We're looking for someone who owns both sides of social — a sharp creative instinct and the analytical mindset to back it up with results. WHAT YOU'LL DO
— Own and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and beyond
— Plan, run and optimise Meta paid campaigns — from setup to reporting
— Collaborate with our creative team to produce content that looks great and converts
— Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and make data-driven decisions
— Act as a key connector between marketing, production and commercial teams
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
— 2+ years of experience in social media management
— Hands-on Meta Ads experience (campaign setup, targeting, A/B testing, optimisation)
— Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools
— Analytical — you read the numbers and know what to do with them
— Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving team
— Background in fitness, sport or lifestyle — a big plus
— C1 level German — a big plus
