Exciting Senior Account Executive position with a fast-growing integrated marketing and consulting agency
Your Company
Your company is a fast-growing integrated marketing and consulting agency with a strong presence in the motorsport, automotive, sports, and entertainment sectors. Working with globally recognised brands, athletes, and personalities, the business continues to expand its portfolio across new sporting verticals and delivers innovative marketing solutions, major event activations, athlete campaigns, and digital initiatives for an international client base. The company is now seeking a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join its growing team.
Your Role
You will serve as the key day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and projects. Reporting directly to senior management, you will manage client accounts, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and budgets, and drive campaign execution from briefing through to completion. You will also develop efficient processes and workflows, provide strategic recommendations, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts across sports, entertainment, and related industries.
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, events, digital projects, and creative initiatives.
- Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
- Develop and optimise project management processes and reporting systems.
- Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Track campaign KPIs and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
- Act as the liaison between clients, senior stakeholders, and project teams.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5-8 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a similar role within a marketing, advertising, creative, or communications agency.
- Proven experience managing integrated projects from concept through execution.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience developing or improving operational processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English; Chinese language capabilities (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Valid right to work in Hong Kong without future visa sponsorship requirements.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to motorsport, automotive, sports, entertainment, or athlete-related sectors.
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork, integrity, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
