Role Description This is a full-time, remote Sales Representative role. The Sales Representative will identify, prospect, and qualify potential brand, athlete, and organizational partners aligned with On The Links’ mission. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting outreach via email, calls, and virtual meetings, and delivering compelling presentations and proposals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor partnership packages, negotiate terms, and support smooth onboarding of new clients. The Sales Representative will track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform future offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in sports, media, marketing, or related industries.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, relationship building, and closing deals.
- Ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and partnership narratives.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines independently.
- Interest in golf, athlete storytelling, or brand partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
