Role Description This is a contract, remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing clients to understand their wellness facility needs, present suitable solutions, and guide them through the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual meetings and calls, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with internal design and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements and timelines. The Sales Consultant will also monitor market trends, support client onboarding, and work to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored wellness facility solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain Customer Satisfaction through proactive relationship management and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting solutions and negotiating agreements.
- Demonstrated Customer Service mindset with responsiveness, professionalism, and reliability in client interactions.
- Comfort working in a remote, contract environment with self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, sports, or related facility solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and online meeting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
