SafeSplash Swim School is looking for a Location Manager/Swim Instructor for our Redmond and Bellevue hosted facilities. Responsibilities include managing swim instructor schedules, engaging with parents, checking pool temp and chemicals, building good rapport with gym staff and members. Our managers are required to complete instructor training and teach lessons as needed. As a manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the location while earning up to $24/hour.
Operating Hours:
Hours: 25-35 hours per week – onsite and online work
Monday/ Tuesday /Wednesday / Thursday / Friday – 4PM – 8PM (Onsite)
Saturday – 10AM – 2PM (Onsite)
Locations:
Bellevue (Located inside of LA Fitness)
Redmond (Located inside of 24Hr Fitness)

Qualifications Desired:
- 1 Year of experience teaching swim lessons OR a competitive swimming background
- 21 Years of age or older AND High School Diploma
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for teaching children
- Shift management (preferred)
