⚡ The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy marketer to take ownership of their Egyptian market — someone who can think strategically but thrives in execution.
You’ll be at the center of everything: from large-scale events to grassroots activations, working closely with global teams while making a real impact locally.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the regional marketing strategy in Egypt
- Plan and deliver standout events from concept through to evaluation
- Activate the brand across sports, music, gaming, and culture
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, athletes, and partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, distributors, and agencies
- Drive sampling campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
- Manage budgets and ensure strong return on investment
- Support product launches, merchandising, and promotional activity
- Grow and engage audiences across social media platforms
- Continuously identify new opportunities and innovative ideas
💥 About You
- 6–8 years’ marketing experience (ideally within FMCG or lifestyle brands)
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Strong experience in events and brand activations
- Commercially aware, with the ability to align marketing with sales objectives
- Highly organised with excellent execution skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
- Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Passion for sport, music, or youth culture is a strong advantage
