We have an exciting new opportunity for a Reformer Pilates Instructor in our bespoke Pilates studio at Places Leisure Wokingham. You will work in a fun, lively environment with likeminded people, inspiring others to push themselves safely and encouraging them to achieve their fitness aims.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Pilates sessions to large and small classes, maintaining engagement and charisma.
- Always put customers’ needs first, building personable and meaningful relationships.
- Demonstrate exceptional time‑management skills.
- Commit to continuous personal development, keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Provide support to customers of all abilities throughout their fitness journeys.
- Work as a team to maintain the cleanliness and safety of facilities, adhering to regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications and Training
Minimum Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification, plus a Reformer Pilates qualification recognised by CIMSPA. If you lack one of these qualifications, you may be eligible for internal training, which must be completed within three months of start date via an online programme.
