Compensation: $32/hour (approx. 160 hours total)

About the Role

We are hiring Production Coordinators to support a high-profile FIFA hospitality program in Vancouver. In this role, you will act as a zone lead, coordinating performers and talent within assigned stadium and hospitality areas.

You will play a key role in ensuring rehearsals, live programming, and event-day operations run smoothly—supporting show flow, managing talent movement, and maintaining clear communication across production teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals with experience in live events, hospitality, or production who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a zone lead coordinating performers and talent within assigned areas
  • Support rehearsals, training sessions, and live event execution
  • Monitor show flow, timing, and cueing to ensure alignment with production schedules
  • Communicate clearly with production teams, talent, and vendors
  • Manage talent movement, readiness, and positioning
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and escalate when needed
  • Assist with pre-event setup, logistics, and operational planning
  • Maintain a professional and organized environment for all talent and staff
  • Remain on-call during designated periods (including the day before and after event days), with the ability to report onsite if required

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in live events, event production, hospitality, or experiential marketing
  • Experience coordinating talent, performers, or event staff is an asset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Experience in sports or large-scale events is considered an asset

Requirements

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Available for the full contract period, including evenings and weekends
  • Access to a mobile phone and reliable internet
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (if required)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset
