Lead and inspire through our Recreation Programmer role focused on Pickleball. You’ll manage programming and train staff to elevate our pickleball offerings.
As a key member of the recreation team, you’ll work directly under the Supervisor of Sport. Your background in programming and customer service will be crucial to ensure high-quality operations at the Pickleball Centre. We’re looking for innovative ideas and strong leadership to engage participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, administer, and evaluate pickleball programs
• Train and supervise part-time staff and volunteers
• Promote events to enhance community participation
• Uphold compliance with health and safety laws
• Conduct evaluations and report on program success
Requirements:
• Diploma in recreation or similar field
• Progressive experience in programming for varied age groups
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Certification in First Aid and CPR-C
• Class G Driver’s Licence in good standing
