PHYSICIAN OPPORTUNITY – CONCIERGE LONGEVITY, COGNITIVE HEALTH & ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Any Location – Texas Medical License required
We are seeking a physician to join a private, concierge-style medical program focused on innovative biologic therapies for healthy aging, athletic performance optimization and cognitive health.
This is an opportunity to participate in a meaningful and intellectually engaging clinical program while maintaining a highly flexible schedule.
Initial time commitment is expected to be a few hours per week, with anticipated growth over time and the option to extend hours.
Most patient interactions can be conducted remotely.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and medical intake assessments
- Review medical history and determine patient eligibility
- Provide physician oversight for treatment protocols
- Collaborate with trained medical technologists who administer therapy
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes
About the Program
The therapy utilizes FDA-approved components and has been provided by physicians in Texas for a number of years. Our organization is now expanding and building a scalable model to serve a broader patient population.
Patient Populations
1. Concierge Private Clients
Patients include affluent individuals from the Austin area, particularly West Lake Hills, as well as clients who travel to Austin for treatment.
Areas of focus include:
- Healthy adults seeking to maintain vitality and function as they age
- Older athletes seeking performance and recovery support, with a particular emphasis on tennis players
- Individuals affected by cognitive decline, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and related neurodegenerative conditions

2. Senior Care & Memory Care Programs
As reimbursement pathways evolve, we anticipate expanding services into senior living and memory care communities. Our goal is to make these therapies accessible to larger populations of individuals experiencing cognitive decline.
Ideal Background
Experience or interest in any of the following areas is useful, but not required:
- Longevity medicine
- Plasma donation and plasma-based therapies
- Cognitive health and dementia care
- Sports and performance medicine
- Tennis
- Regenerative medicine
- Geriatrics
