We're hiring a Growth Manager – Lifecycle (Email & SMS)
We're a fast-growing DTC wellness brand looking for a hands-on lifecycle marketer to own email and SMS end-to-end.
This is an execution-first role — you'll be a right-hand partner to our Director of Growth, living in Klaviyo, managing the weekly send calendar, and turning strategy into flawless, on-brand campaigns. Real seat at the table. Immediate impact.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
→ Build, QA, and deploy email & SMS campaigns in Klaviyo weekly
→ Own the promotional and evergreen send calendar across launches, sales, and retention moments
→ Run structured A/B tests across subject lines, send times, CTAs, and creative formats
→ Use lifecycle data to inform landing page and PDP testing priorities
→ Brief and manage external creative partners
→ Track and report on performance weekly — revenue, open rates, click rates, conversions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ 1–3 years in lifecycle, email marketing, or ecommerce growth (DTC brand or agency)
→ Hands-on Klaviyo expertise — flows, segments, campaigns, reporting
→ Strong project management instincts — you keep campaigns on schedule
→ Analytical mindset — you read data and turn it into action
→ Excellent written communication — clear briefs, compelling copy, concise updates
NICE TO HAVE
→ Experience with subscription commerce (Recharge, Skio, or similar)
→ Familiarity with Postscript or other SMS platforms
→ Background in health, wellness, or sports nutrition
→ Experience managing agency creative partners
