Job Summary
Join Premiere Spine & Sports Medicine as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where you will play an important role in helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to their daily activities safely and effectively.
This full-time position is available at our Pico Rivera and Lynwood locations. We are looking for a motivated PTA graduate or soon-to-be graduate who is eager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and direct supervision and training will be provided during the first month.

Duties
- Assist patients through therapeutic exercise programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Support patient recovery by helping carry out individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and track patient progress during therapy sessions.
- Work closely with supervising Physical Therapists to ensure safe and effective care.
- Educate and guide patients through prescribed exercises and treatment activities.
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and confidence in daily activities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
- Document patient participation, progress, and responses to treatment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- California Physical Therapist Assistant License required before start date.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior outpatient or rehabilitation experience is helpful but not required
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.California PTA license or license eligible
