Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Central Virginia Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries and improve their physical function.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations through assessments.
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology.
- Experience in developing care plans and discharge planning.
- Ability to work effectively in both clinic and hospital settings.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and education.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
