As we continue to expand, we're looking for an energetic and highly organised Sports Operations Executive to become an integral part of our growing team.

Your Role
You will play a key role in keeping the academy running smoothly and delivering an outstanding experience for our students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Manage student enquiries, registrations and bookings
- Coordinate daily academy schedules and operations
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and customer support
- Assist parents and students with program information
- Maintain operational records and administrative documentation
- Support coaches with scheduling and academy logistics
We're Looking For Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / BCA or any equivalent degree)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Zoho Books is an advantage (not essential)
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar design/video editing tools is a bonus
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for sports
