Paintball Referee / Laborer Jobs in Enterprise at Armed Force Paintbll LLC
We are looking for motivated individuals to interact with customers on a personal level by showing them a good time while playing paintball, as well as completing labor intensive tasks around the park. Duties of the of referee include enforcing rules to keep customers safe, setting up and teardown of fields, upkeep (maintenance) of paintball gear, as well as labor intensive tasks of field upkeep (field maintenance). The ideal candidate should have personal skills, be mechanically inclined, knowledgeable on how to use basic tools, and willing to workout side in the elements (heat in the summer, rain/cold in the winter), and some sales experience.
Job is mainly on weekends with some days during the week.
Responsibilities:
- Enforcing park rules to customers to ensure park safety
- Setup and teardown of main field
- Maintenance of paintball markers and related gear
- Park upkeep to ensure park is safe and appearance is clean
- Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Customer service experience
- The ability to work outside on your feet in the elements for long periods
- Basic sales experience (preferred)
- Paintball experience (preferred)
- Garner appointments
Salary:
- 15% commission on assigned parties
- Tips available
Qualifications

Pay: $7.25 – $10.00 per hour
