- Apply for selected CSR Awards and recognitions for projects at the mines
Safety
- Creating a Sustainable Safety Culture in peripheral villages to ensure zero accidents.
- Identify social risk (Preparing Risk Calendar)
- Safety Audits – Audit CSR activities
- Tagging notification/hoarding to highlight dangerous spots – Road Safety Slogans.
- Ensure at least 1 BBSO per month.
Networking
- Networking with NGO, Govt. agencies and other Institutions to develop and initiate plan and its implementation
- Acting as the focal point for company’s CSR initiatives and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders.
