As a Membership Associate, you will play a key role in welcoming members to our thriving fitness community. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and possesses strong rapport-building and communication skills. You will be responsible for greeting guests, guiding newcomers through their first workouts, and managing the front desk operations ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members with enthusiasm and energy
• Present OTF concepts to potential clients
• Manage front desk inquiries and member interactions
• Conduct studio tours for interested customers
• Address member concerns professionally and objectively
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and written
