Orange theory is searching for a Membership Associate passionate about fitness and client interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting members, presenting the OTF approach, and executing front desk tasks. You’ll assist clients with their fitness journeys through studio tours and teamwork with trainers during introductions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Effectively present the Orange theory concept to newcomers
• Handle phone inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct tours to display our studio facilities
• Join forces with trainers to guide new members’ first workouts
Requirements:
