WHAT YOUR ROLE IS FOR…
As Technical Advisor / Operations Coordinator, your primary objectives are to deliver flawless
installations, coordinate projects, oversee operations, and support events while ensuring clients
receive exceptional service. This role is central to establishing Full Swing’s reputation in the EMEA
region and ensuring that every customer touchpoint – from install to aftercare – is handled with
professionalism and care.
WHAT WE ARE TRUSTING YOU TO DO…
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear
communication and smooth coordination.
• Deliver the industry’s highest level of customer service, ensuring projects are executed to
the highest standards and aligned with Full Swing’s brand values.
• Manage and oversee the entire installation process of Full Swing simulators and technology
solutions, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical support, logistics, and marketing teams
to ensure seamless project execution and the best possible customer experience.
• Lead and manage the planning, shipping logistics (domestic and international), and
execution of external pop-up activations, trade shows, and events.
• Support internal reporting and documentation to track project timelines, resource
allocation, product inventory and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the ops team.
• Provide operational and technical support to the Sales team during client demonstrations,
proposals, and follow-ups, ensuring opportunities are maximised, including sales
prospecting where required.

Your Character:

site.

• Team minded, happy coordinating with Sales, Ops, and Marketing to get the job done.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technology and solutions.
Your Work Ethic:
• Hands on AV and IT skills, including mounting, cable runs, terminations, and tidy rack work.
• Solid networking basics: IP config, DHCP, port forwarding, simple VLANs, Wi Fi optimisation.
• Methodical with tickets, checklists and risk assessments.
• Physically able to lift, move, and install equipment safely.
• Flexible for travel across the UK and EMEA, with occasional evenings or weekends work.
• Nice to have: experience with launch monitors, simulators, motion tracking, or venue AV.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
• Installations: Delivered on time and within scope, with a signed commissioning and
handover checklist for every site.
• Reliability: Supported systems meet or exceed agreed uptime targets with proactive
maintenance visits scheduled and completed.
• Support: High first contact resolution, fast average time to resolution, and SLA compliance
across tickets.
• Events: Corporate and showroom activations set up safely, start on schedule, run smoothly,
and close with zero critical incidents.
• Training: Client teams trained at handover, with simple guides left on site and follow-up
remote sessions booked where needed.
• Project Management: Clear documentation of site drawings, network settings, photos, and
compliance stored against each account.
• Feedback loop: Product and install learnings fed back to COO and Engineering to improve
future kits and processes.
• Commercial awareness: Opportunities spotted during installs or events are flagged to Sales
with technical notes and photos.
SUMMARY
This is an operations-focused role with a technical edge. You install, coordinate, and support Full
Swing systems, manage projects, deliver smooth event experiences, and ensure clients are delighted from first call to final handover. You are the operational heartbeat of Full Swing in EMEA, making the product shine for customers while feeding insights back to the business so we can scale.
