Responsibilities

  • Create daily team-focused content (video-first): previews, reactions, news, analysis
  • Stay up to date on roster moves, injuries, and key storylines
  • Consistently develop engaging content ideas
  • Collaborate on content strategy
  • Cover major moments (draft, playoffs, season previews)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of recurring on-air hosting experience in local radio, sports radio, podcasting, broadcasting, or a comparable digital media platform
  • Proven experience hosting or co-hosting a regularly published show for a public audience
  • Strong on-air presence, conversational ability, pacing, preparation, and personality
  • Ability to discuss sports confidently without relying entirely on a written script
  • Experience conducting interviews, reacting to breaking news, and developing engaging show topics
  • Comfortable recording video and audio content on a consistent schedule
  • Reliable access to a professional-quality microphone, camera, lighting, and internet connection
