Unpaid Remote Internship:
Electro makes the first functional electrolyte gum built for performance, focus, and recovery. We've grown through a mix of athlete partnerships, creator collabs on TikTok and Instagram, and an expanding affiliate program.
This is an unpaid internship opportunity. Hiring an intern to help us grow our ambassador and affiliate program. The role mixes athlete outreach, TikTok and Instagram creator sourcing, and CRM management across all our partner channels.
Day to Day
▸ Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks.
▸ Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups.
▸ Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team.
▸ Keep athlete records organized and up to date.
▸ Coordinate with the founding team on athlete program updates.
▸ Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving.
▸ Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems (Notion plus internal tools).
Qualifications
▸ Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic.
▸ Active on TikTok and Instagram with a sense for what creators are doing well.
▸ Bonus if you've worked with influencer or affiliate programs before.
▸ Strong written English and communication skills.
▸ Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding.
▸ Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
