Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce pool safety regulations and emergency protocols
• Develop weekly swim lesson plans based on participant needs
• Coach swimmers and report on progress regularly
• Maintain records and attendance accurately
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Current Lifesaving certifications required
• Proven track record in swim instruction
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends
