Lead Through Athletics is NOW HIRING high-energy Seasonal Summer Camp Coaches for our youth basketball camps located in Richmond, Texas at 4 Quarters Gym.
We are seeking passionate coaches, trainers, teachers, college athletes, and leaders who love working with kids and can bring positive energy, structure, and enthusiasm every day.

Positions AvailableFull Day Camp Coaches
⏰ Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
- Leading basketball drills and competitions
- Supervising campers throughout the full day
- Assisting with leadership and STEM activities
- Maintaining energy, organization, and structure
- Managing transitions between activities and lunch periods
Half Day Camp Coaches
⏰ Monday–Thursday
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with skill development sessions
- Running drills and small group instruction
- Supporting camp games and competitions
- Helping maintain a fun and positive atmosphere

Qualifications
- Basketball experience preferred
- Experience working with youth strongly preferred
